My pet had an accident on the rug. Do you do any special
treatments for pet stain removal?
Urine and other pet issues require special cleaning techniques to remove the ammonia and make sure the smell is gone to discourage them from returning to the same spot, but it is important to have it done soon after the incident. We have specialized training to treat any type of pet issue and repair the rug.
How often do you recommend we get our rugs cleaned?
Most rugs can be cleaned every 12-18 months unless they are in a high traffic area or have sustained damage or stains. Our rug protection can help extend the time needed between cleanings as well.
